Kim Marcum has been in the legal community for over 5 years, and was previously in the supply chain world for 7 years. She is an honors graduate of the ABA-Certified Center for Advanced Legal Studies. Mrs. Marcum joined Tom Alan Cunningham PLLC in 2017 as a Legal Assistant.
Mrs. Marcum has experience in several areas of law, including commercial litigation and intellectual property. She also brings a background in contracts from her positions held in supply chain in both the energy and IT sectors. Mrs. Marcum has worked with both Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller businesses and is able to bring that type of diverse experience and knowledge to her role with Tom Alan Cunningham PLLC.
Mrs. Marcum has served as a chairperson of the National Association of Purchasing Management and societies such as the Junior League of Houston. She also volunteers at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
